betwoon is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by betwoon may be suspended pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betwoon Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
betwoon will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from betwoon that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the betwoon support team immediately.
You must notify betwoon immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. betwoon accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
betwoon recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This feature is available in the Account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
betwoon supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based Players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). betwoon does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your betwoon Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. betwoon does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which betwoon accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. betwoon will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that is different from the one used to make the corresponding deposit, except where the original payment method is no longer available, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at betwoon's discretion. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. betwoon reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. betwoon reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce the Account balance below zero.
Please note: All bonuses and promotions offered by betwoon are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. All games available on the betwoon platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All game outcomes on betwoon are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions. betwoon does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. betwoon's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betwoon reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit.
Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting the betwoon support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betwoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
betwoon's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betwoon does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betwoon will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betwoon's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact the betwoon support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. betwoon will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
betwoon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betwoon will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the betwoon platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your Account.
